In-house promotions are as follows:

Jeffery J. Loureiro, P.E., L.E.P., Chief Executive Officer: Loureiro has more than 34 years of experience in management, planning, design, permitting, construction and operation, maintenance and monitoring of a wide variety of projects in civil and environmental engineering. He has worked on projects throughout the U.S. and internationally for some of the world’s largest corporations.

Brian A. Cutler, P.E., L.E.P., President: Cutler has extensive expertise in the development, planning, engineering, evaluation, design and construction administration of various projects in civil and environmental engineering. He is recognized as a leader in the integration of remediation and redevelopment and has worked on some of the largest Brownfield redevelopment projects in Connecticut.

Peter T. Susca, Senior Vice President: Susca brings more than 30 years of environment, health and safety (EHS) leadership and technical expertise to the firm. He has served in an array of EHS executive leadership positions in Fortune 500 multi-national corporations and consulting firms.

David Fiereck, P.E., L.E.P., Vice President: Fiereck has more than 13 years experience in planning, engineering, design, and supervision of environmental projects for private sector and government clients.

Kevin J Bitjeman, L.E.P., Senior Project Manager: Bitjeman has more than 22 years experience in site investigation, remedial-action planning, regulatory support, hazardous building materials, and preparation of related reports.
