SCHWENKSVILLE, Pa. /New York Netwire/ — Millennium Administrators, Inc., a benefits administrator, has signed a contract with the City of Scranton to provide benefit administration services for over 500 city employees. Millennium is providing administrative oversight for the city benefit program, including cost containment initiatives, claim audits and administrative services to enhance cost saving initiatives at the City of Scranton.
